At OutdoorVitals, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
